Samir Sarkar- In Samir Sarkar's paintings, one would notice people wearing some headgear that has a face painted on them. This depicts the double-faced nature of people. The artist uses line drawing on paper or canvas, and a layer of acrylic is used like tempera on it. Then slowly the subjects and people are given shape using more layers of color. Mixing Impressionism and Surrealism his canvas have always produced subjects dealing with life and people.
Prakash Pore- Prakash Pore's paintings are full of life and they touch the mind and soul like the breeze of dawn. Simplicity and a clear meaning in the subject of his artworks is something he specializes in. Through his works, he depicts human beings and their emotions in the most simplistic way. The colors he uses are striking and fresh, yet not complicated. While enjoying the bliss of art; he also spreads it through his interest of teaching.
Chandrashekhar Kumavat- Layering his canvas with a strong blue, red, or a green, Chandrashekhar Kumavat paints fish with a face of humans apart from other forms. There is a tunnel like feel in the canvas, which is further highlighted by the activity of the creature. He mostly uses acrylic on canvas to paint interesting subjects. The composition and use of color is attractive and present a style of their own.
Shankar Gojare- The joy of festivity and its traditions is highlighted in Shankar Gojare's works. Usage of bright colors like red, yellow and orange plays an important role in his canvases. Musical instruments find a prominent gesture, along with his figures. His dedication towards art has always made him to produce rich artistic creations through various styles of painting.
