Dattatraya Thombare
16th to 31st May 2013
Dattatraya composes abstract forms as well as realistic images. Hence the resultant images cannot be categorized figuratively but are representational of a definite idea, emotion or form. He deals with the subject of parental love and the dreams and plans they harbour for their child from the time it sees the light of day. Inculcating “Sanskars” or the very essence of our rich culture and tradition in the child is very aptly portrayed in the paintings of the artist.
