Jayanta Bhattacharya

Born in Tuichindrai, a small tribal village of Tripura, Jayanta Bhattacharya imbibed in him a form of art which represents the true essence of our culture. A sculptor, the artist works with bronze and wood, giving life to figurines. His keenness to know more made him travel the country like a vagabond. He visited Shantiniketan and many other places.
